Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ORION RADAR™ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You agree to notify us immediately at legal@orionradar.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
ORION RADAR™ is a trademark of ORION RADAR. The platform, algorithms, scoring methodology, pattern detection system, and all related content are proprietary intellectual property protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use of the ORION RADAR™ name or logo is strictly prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate or profitable. Market conditions can change rapidly and historical performance is not indicative of future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORION RADAR™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING CAPITAL.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

When you register: name, email address, subscription plan, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details).
When you configure your account: capital amount, risk percentage, leverage preference, and broker name. Used solely to power the lot size calculator — never shared.
Pages visited, signals viewed, watchlist assets, and feature interactions. Used to improve our platform.
If you connect Telegram alerts, we store your Telegram Chat ID. Used exclusively to deliver signal notifications — never sold or shared.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We implement HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and strict access controls.
